COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT · TRANSFORMATION ADVISORY
Real Secure introduces Business Transformation Advisory for UAE and GCC businesses
Service launched: 2 July 2026
Real Secure is expanding its portfolio with a practice that brings operations, finance and technology together to help businesses strengthen the way they work.
Secure IT is essential, but sustainable growth also depends on clear processes, reliable financial information and accountable decision-making. Transformation Advisory addresses these connected business needs alongside Real Secure’s existing technology capabilities.
Supporting the business behind the technology
Growing organisations can reach a point where revenue increases but cash remains tight, reporting arrives too late, or everyday decisions depend on a small number of people. Different teams may follow inconsistent processes while existing systems remain underused.
The practice helps leadership teams identify the causes of these challenges, prioritise improvements and implement changes that can be sustained—not simply produce a report.
What the practice covers
- Operational efficiency: workflow reviews, process redesign, clearer ownership and service-delivery improvement.
- Cash flow and working capital: examination of billing, unbilled revenue, receivables and the operational causes of cash-flow pressure.
- Governance and financial visibility: decision rights, internal controls, management reporting and performance tracking.
- Business automation: identifying where technology supports a defined business outcome.
- Transformation delivery: prioritised roadmaps, implementation support and routines that help improvements last.
Led by experienced practitioners
Sandhya Nambiar co-leads operations and transformation. Her experience spans UAE banking and large-scale operations, including process improvement, centralisation, customer insights and automation. Her focus is on simplifying workflows, improving accountability and translating operational challenges into practical change.
Satish Bangera, CMA co-leads finance, advisory and transformation. He brings more than 30 years of UAE and GCC experience across strategic finance, working capital, banking, governance and business transformation. His approach connects financial outcomes with the operational decisions that drive them.
The practitioners’ experience was gained across previous leadership roles and should not be interpreted as projects delivered by the newly introduced practice.
From diagnosis to sustained improvement
Engagements follow four stages: diagnose the challenge, prioritise improvements, implement agreed actions and embed ownership. Businesses can begin with a diagnostic, address a specific issue through focused improvement, or undertake a wider transformation programme.
Where the work identifies technology or integration requirements, the advisory practice can connect clients with Real Secure’s technical team. Recommendations start with business needs, rather than an assumption that new software is always the answer.
Start with a conversation
A free 30-minute introductory call helps identify the business’s top priorities and whether an advisory engagement is appropriate. Scope and expected outcomes are agreed for each organisation; results depend on its circumstances and implementation.

PROJECT UPDATE · AWARDED & IN PROGRESS
Real Secure awarded Master Clock and PA/BGM Systems project for a Dubai education institution
Project awarded: 5 May 2026
Real Secure has been awarded a project to deliver a master clock and public address/background music (PA/BGM) solution for an education institution in Dubai. The project is currently in progress.
Supporting coordinated daily operations
The solution is intended to provide synchronised timekeeping, scheduled bell functions and public-address capabilities to support day-to-day campus communication. These are project objectives; implementation and commissioning are still to be completed.
Scope of delivery
- Supply and installation of the master clock and associated systems.
- Configuration support, testing and commissioning of network clocks, public address and automated bell functions.
- End-user training to support operation of the completed system.
The team behind successful delivery
Successful implementation depends on more than selecting the right equipment. Real Secure’s project management and implementation teams connect planning, procurement, site coordination and technical delivery—keeping stakeholders informed and addressing constraints as they arise.
Dedicated ownership and daily coordination
A dedicated project manager oversees delivery. With a critical timeline, the team reviews constraints daily and maintains frequent stakeholder updates on progress, dependencies and decisions needed to keep work moving.
Coordinating vendors and site readiness
For this ongoing education-sector project, coordination across multiple vendors is essential. The team aligns equipment deliveries, cable availability and required site preparation, including cutting works, so installation activities can proceed in the right sequence.
This coordination covers dependencies with other parties; it does not imply that all enabling works fall within Real Secure’s installation scope.
Quality through implementation and handover
Real Secure’s implementation team carries out quality checks and prepares the system for testing and commissioning. Documentation supports a structured handover, while Real Secure remains the point of contact for post-handover support and warranty coordination.
The project remains in progress. Testing, commissioning and handover will be reported as completed only once those milestones have been achieved.
The client’s identity and technical and commercial details are withheld for confidentiality.
