Reactive Services
Most of the customers who are attracted to this model are usually smaller in size and are not that reliant on the network to perform their daily work. These customers don’t feel that their network is all that complicated or complex and so they don’t budget for IT spending and would prefer to just call us when they our support.
There are three delivery methods of reactive services:
1. Break/Fix Support
The most common delivery method of reactive services is Break/Fix Support where we wait for our prospective customers to tell us about an issue they are having, and we will work to support and solve their problem remotely wherever possible and onsite only when necessary until the issue is resolved for the customer.
2. Block Hours Support
Next is Block Hours Support which is another way of delivering reactive services. This is where we sell several hours to be used in the future usually at a discounted time and material rate and then use the hours that are needed to draw the time of the block.
3. Staffing Support
We can also provide reactive services through Staffing Support where we spend time on-site for customers, periodically throughout the week or month, and act as an on-site IT Support staff.
The one main thing that is common in all reactive services is that they are all time-based services designed to support customers when they have an issue.

À la carte Services
Most of our customers are frustrated with the cost of repairs and the valuable time it consumes, so they choose A LA CARTE Services.
Rather than using time and support for reacted customer issues, the A la Carte services model attempts to solve one single issue for the customer in a proactive way. With our A La Carte services we solve one single issue through multiple individual services just like a restaurant menu, each of which solves one distinct issue.
Customers use our A La Carte Services either due to the repeated issues that customers are facing which in turn cause frustration or perhaps an understanding of the value of a line item which is important for keeping their business smoothly, either way instead of aiming to solve your customer’s issue with time after something happens, this program instead aims at preventing one single issue for the customer.
